Campaign Optimization: Predictive models to suggest optimizations for your campaigns (if consent is given to use anonymized usage data).

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the campaigns and content you create on the Platform.
You grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized usage data to improve the Platform’s performance, provided you have given explicit consent.

Payment and Fees

Our pricing models are based on your chosen feature set. Contact us for details.
We offer a 7-day trial for campaign review. Campaign execution requires a paid subscription.
We have a no-refund policy. Before confirming a purchase, you will review and approve campaign specifications and associated costs.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms regarding your campaigns.
Your campaigns must comply with the terms of service of the platforms you use and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use our Platform to create campaigns that are illegal, harmful, or discriminatory.

Data Usage and Privacy

We do not store any customer data on our Platform.
We may collect and use anonymized usage data with your express consent to improve the Platform’s functionality.

Disclaimers and Warranties

Our Platform is provided “AS IS”. We make no guarantees about campaign results or the Platform’s uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including breaches of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate your account at any time for breaches of these Terms or other misconduct.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted following the laws of Greece.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Greece.
